Your role with us As a bus sheet metal worker at Bergkvara, you will have a varied and developing everyday life where you work with bodywork, damage repairs, and sheet metal processing. Your tasks also include alignment, welding, paint preparation, and replacement of damaged parts on our buses. The work is carried out both independently and in teams, where you, together with the workshop manager or team leader, plan your tasks. This gives you great opportunities to influence your own development and workday. Shift work may occur.

At the start of employment, all new employees receive thorough training. After that, you will have continuous development conversations with your immediate supervisor to identify your development opportunities. Who are you? To succeed in the role of bus sheet metal worker, we would like you to have:

• Technical education in heavy vehicles or auto body repair
• Experience in bodywork and sheet metal work, preferably with heavy vehicles
• Experience in welding, alignment, and sheet metal processing
• Category B driving license

Meritorious:

• Category C and/or D driving license
• Experience in paint preparation and surface treatment
• Knowledge of advanced repair methods for vehicle damage

Personal qualities You are meticulous, focused, and flexible, and have a strong ability to collaborate. You take responsibility for your work, prioritize tasks effectively, and solve problems independently.
